2019 Excellence in Early Childhood Education Awards finalists announced
A number of individuals and services have been selected as Finalists for the 2019 Excellence in Early Childhood Education Awards, presented by Australian Childcare Alliance New South Wales (ACA NSW).
“The entries feature an extraordinary list of activities, programs and service providers from across the early childhood education and care sector. The quality and creativity of the 480 entries were outstanding with categories being keenly sought after.” a spokesperson said.
The Awards will be presented on 26 October at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney. The theme for the evening is ‘A Night of Stars’, with guests encouraged to dress as their favourite movie star before walking the red carpet.
Tickets for the evening are almost sold out, with under 50 remaining, and ACA NSW urged those interested in attending to book quickly.
A judging panel will review the finalists and select a winner based on the answers to selection criteria and supporting documentation. Panel members include Dr Brenda Abbey, Kristy Andrews, Director of KindyHub, and Claudia Canalicchio, Careforkids.com.au Partnership Manager.
The Awards are sponsored by Nova Employment and EziDebit, in association with Guild Insurance, Guild Early Learning and Kool Kids.
