ELAA launches new website and Self-Service Portal to enhance member experience
Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) has launched a refreshed website and Self-Service Portal, designed to improve usability, accessibility and functionality for members and early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector supporters.
The upgrade aims to deliver a modern, intuitive experience that supports the diverse needs of ELAA’s community, including committees of management, educators, leaders and HR professionals, by improving navigation, personalisation and access to key resources.
The updated platform makes it easier to locate relevant content, with streamlined search capabilities and navigation tools. Users can now filter results by key sections, such as Resources, Training, Events, News & Media, and Pages, as well as by role (e.g. Committees of Management, Leadership, Educators, HR) and category (e.g. Wages & Payroll, Awards & Agreements, HR/IR, Governance).
ELAA members can now create individual logins for team members, allowing easier access to member-exclusive tools. A new Member Dashboard provides visibility over paid resources, upcoming training and key updates.
To ensure resources remain relevant and useful, ELAA will continue updating information sheets and downloadable tools to reflect current sector needs.
The organisation has confirmed that ongoing improvements are planned, with additional features and functionality to be rolled out in future updates.
ELAA is committed to ongoing improvement and values member feedback. Users are invited to share their thoughts and experiences via the feedback form.
For more information and to explore the new features, visit the ELAA website.
