This acquisition brings together some of the most trusted names in childcare technology under one roof, creating a stronger ecosystem that empowers providers with more choice, faster innovation, and continued stability.

For customers across Juice Technologies and OWNA, it’s business as usual. 

All platforms will continue to operate independently with the same teams, support channels, and service commitments in place. Existing contracts, pricing and day-to-day operations remain unchanged.
