Explorers Early Learning launches Diploma program

Early childhood provider Explorers Early Learning has announced a significant enhancement to its Learning and Development Program, inviting eligible employees to enrol in the Explorers Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, a program tailored to Explorers and their Reggio Emilia inspired approach.
The course, facilitated by Kerrie O’Neill, a prominent member of the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector and experienced Reggio Emilia professional, is being offered in partnership with Southern Solutions Training Services.
The Explorers Diploma, a nationally recognised qualification, includes monthly face-to-face training sessions with Ms O’Neill at Explorers’ Southbank training facility.
“We’re excited to offer this opportunity to our employees,” said Explorers Founder and CEO Lynda Salvo.
“We believe this initiative will not only contribute to the professional development of our team and quality of our service but will also play an important role in attracting and retaining amazing educators.”
To participate in the newly established Diploma, educators must already hold a Certificate III qualification.
Employees enrolling in the course may be eligible for a training support payment from the government of $2,500. More information is available here.
