Enrolment Hub steps up with Start Strong support as user community grows
Enrolment Hub, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector’s leading support services partner, continues to innovate and evolve as demand for its full range of services continues to build momentum into 2024.
‘It’s hard to believe that we are now approaching the end of 2023,” Jane Monaghan, Founder and CEO of Enrolment Hub said.
“It has been such a busy year for the ECEC sector as a whole with some very significant funding changes combined with growing competitive pressures and the almost ubiquitous workforce tightness.”
“As an organisation that prides itself on being customer needs led, we have worked hard to innovate and evolve to ensure that our user community is always one step ahead of their peers.”
Established in 2016, Enrolment Hub has since become the ECEC sector’s number one choice when it comes to support services with their “extension of your team” model, and their ability to pivot quickly to address any new pain points that may arise, at the centre of their success.
Complexities of Start Strong funding recognition and application a case in point
Over the course of 2023 there has been a substantial move by states and territories to step up their commitment to supporting families enroll their children in preschool programs in the years before school.
Subsidy streams like Start Strong in New South Wales have played a central role in supporting policy makers achieve their objectives but for many services the recognition and application of received funding has been complex, and at times overwhelming, especially given some of the leading software platforms had not yet updated their systems to account for it.
“The Start Strong challenges experienced by our user community are an excellent example of how and where Enrolment Hub can rise to the occasion and support them,” Ms Monaghan said.
“Once we realised the extent of the stress being experienced we stepped up a gear and fully immersed ourselves in understanding precisely what was needed to support services meet their billing and reporting obligations even to the extent of attending information sessions and drafting a set of FAQs.”
Enrolment Hub’s ability to listen, and then quickly position to support their user community whatever the issue is a deeply embedded quality that ensures they are able to maintain a high degree of relevance when it comes to the world of ECEC support services.
Trust, experience and values underwrites Enrolment Hub key partner status in ECEC
As well as supporting in the shorter term time when it comes to specific challenges, such as Start Strong, Enrolment Hub also offers a broad range of foundational services geared towards supporting their partners over the longer term.
“We have worked hard to build a suite of services that really do make a difference to our partners,” Ms Monaghan said.
“Our end to end enquiry management and enrolment management service is our flagship product and has certainly stood the test of time with us coming up to our eighth year supporting our growing community to fully get the best enrolment results they can.”
In addition, the team at Enrolment Hub have leveraged their expertise and experience into other foundational services like administrative support, debt management, marketing support, and, CCS transition and new centre ramp up support.
“We really do see ourselves as a one stop shop when it comes to ECEC support services. There is very little we can’t do so we urge any early learning services that are currently struggling to give us a call and we will certainly do our best to help.”
