Xplor Wins Two Asia-Pacific Silver Stevie® Awards for Excellence in Technology and Pandemic Innovations
Childcare management software provider Xplor has won two Silver Stevie® awards in the eighth round of the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards program that seeks to honor and generate public recognition for the innovations, achievements and positive contributions of organisations across all 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region.
The Awards, which are considered to be the world’s premier business awards, this year saw more than 900 nominations from organisations across the Asia-Pacific in categories such as Award for Excellence in Innovation in Products & Services, among many others.
Xplor was successful in the Excellence in Innovation in Technology Industries – more than 100 employees category and the Most Valuable Technical Innovation – Pandemic Innovation category receiving Silver Stevie® Awards in both cases.
“I am incredibly humbled that the team has been recognised with two Stevie Awards for their quick work and innovations that were developed for the childcare sector throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.” Mark Woodland, founder of Xplor and CEO of Education at Xplor said.
“Features like ‘Live Learning’ launched in April 2020,” he explained, “have helped services stay connected when families and children could not leave their homes. Platforms like Space have kept services viable as they try to manage occupancy post the pandemic.”
“The childcare sector is facing challenging times, and technical innovation is the fastest way to help centres scale and remove unnecessary admin in post-pandemic markets,” Mr Woodland added.
Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher said “The eighth edition of the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards saw many outstanding nominations.”
“The organizations that won this year have demonstrated a continued commitment to innovation and success amidst limitations around COVID-19.
“We commend their efforts and congratulate them for their perseverance and creativity.”
Award recipients will be celebrated during the virtual awards ceremony, to be held 14 July 2021.
