Xplor to acquire MyWaitList as it broadens out family and service support in CRM space
Childcare management software provider Xplor, has confirmed it will acquire MyWaitList in a move designed to broaden out its existing waitlist capabilities on the Xplor platform and in turn support families to more easily access care and operators to more efficiently build occupancy.
Mark Woodland, CEO of Xplor Education said “From the beginning, we have always set out to help make education great by removing unnecessary administration for parents, educators, and services.”
“Today’s announcement of the acquisition of MyWaitList with its automated CRM features will help us give back more peace of mind to parents, and time to operators – so everyone can just focus on children.”
Founded in 2012, MyWaitList was created as a specialised tool to help Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) providers manage enquiries and enrolments more effectively through an easy-to-use yet powerful software platform tailored to the needs of the sector.
The platform offers a range of features for operators, including smart lead capture forms, online tour scheduling, email marketing, waitlist automation, and deep performance reporting all built with providers and their families in mind.
“By bringing MyWaitList and its many features into Xplor’s existing product suite we are delivering on our commitment to continually innovate and add value for our customers and their families,” Mr. Woodland said.
“MyWaitList is an excellent addition to our existing capabilities and we look forward very much to welcoming them to Xplor.”
MyWaitList founder Stuart Rae said, “I’ve always admired Xplor’s relentless commitment to positively changing the early education sector. I couldn’t be more excited by the opportunity to accelerate this positive change by helping to make it simpler and easier for childcare centres to focus on education.”
