Kidsoft selected as Victoria’s CCMS partner of choice after successful competitive tender

Kidsoft, the leading provider of childcare management software (CCMS), has been named as the CCMS provider for the significant early childhood education expansion project being initiated by the Victorian Government.
The Victorian Government has committed $14 billion to the expansion project which will expand kindergarten programs across the state, ensuring every child has access to high-quality early childhood education.
As part of this initiative, the Government will build 50 new early learning and childcare centres in communities where they are most needed. These government-owned and operated centres will offer childcare services, 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten, and will eventually transition to include Pre-Prep.
Kidsoft’s CCMS software will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and management of these centres, enabling the Victorian Government to effectively manage enrolments, attendance, funding, and compliance.
The intuitive interface and comprehensive features of Kidsoft, the provider believes, will ensure that services can focus on delivering outstanding early learning experiences while administrative tasks are efficiently managed.
Kidsoft’s appointment follows a highly competitive tender process, highlighting the provider’s reputation for excellence in delivering innovative and reliable CCMS solutions.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be selected by the Victorian Government as their CCMS provider for this landmark project,” Kidsoft CEO Di Girvin said, expressing her enthusiasm for the partnership.
“We look forward to working closely with the Victorian Government to ensure these new centres operate efficiently and effectively, and provide the best possible start to life for children across the state.”
The first four sites for the new centres have been confirmed for 2025, with locations in Eaglehawk North, Moomba Park, Murtoa, and Sunshine.
The expansion of early childhood education in Victoria represents a significant investment in the future of the state’s children, one which Kidsoft is honoured to be a part of, providing the technological backbone that will help deliver these critical services efficiently and effectively.
