KindyNow rebrands to ChildcareNow as it positions for future growth
KindyNow, the all-in-one platform that helps childcare providers to grow bookings, occupancy, revenue and reduce administration via its booking App and powerful marketing and communications suite, has completed a brand transformation as it positions the business for its next phase of growth.
“After an extensive consultation with our customers we are excited to confirm that we will be rebranding our platform which will be known as ChildcareNow, effective 1 August 2022,” Sean Moynihan, CEO said.
“It was a difficult decision because KindyNow has a strong brand in the sector. However, some customers and families believed ‘kindy’ was too much associated with kindergarten and led them to believe that our product was only suitable for kindergartens.”
“Given our product adds value to services in all categories of childcare, we felt it was important to change the name to reflect this.”
“Under our new brand, ChildcareNow, we feel we are also better positioned to service international markets as the term childcare is ubiquitous. The new name will help us drive better engagement in New Zealand, where we already operate, and in the United Kingdom where we are aiming to launch in the next 12 months.”
ChildcareNow continues to lead the field in maximising bookings for operators
Through combining its pioneering booking App with its cutting edge digital marketing engine ChildcareNow is able to maximise bookings from currently enrolled families. Providers are able to grow their extra day and permanent bookings by targeting families with the right message, at the right time. This, combined with a convenient way to book, makes ChildcareNow unique across the ECEC sector.
“Our platform truly is unique in the sense that no other solution currently available in the ECEC sector today generates more revenue from currently enrolled families through highly targeted, programmatic messaging,” Mr Moynihan said.
“Our algorithms analyse millions of bookings every day to identify families who have a high likelihood of booking an extra one-off day or an extra permanent day. Once identified, a message is automatically sent to the family on either SMS, email or push notifications to offer them a booking.”
“The best bit is that ECEC providers can configure the messages to align with their brand and communication preferences. This way providers stay in control of how they communicate to their families,” he added.
Some of ChildcareNow’s range of services include:
- vacancy alert campaigns to enrolled families when a vacancy is available,
- casual to permanent booking campaigns (to encourage casual to permanent booking transitions) and;
- Google review campaigns designed to encourage families to leave reviews and in turn create positive reputational profiles online.
Broad network of partners makes CCMS integrations easy for ChildcareNow
As well as providing a suite of value added services ChildcareNow is also integrated with a host of leading childcare management systems including Kidsoft, QikKids, Kangarootime, Xap and Storypark Manage.
“Our integration strategy has been an integral part of our growth strategy and subsequent success,” Mr Moynihan said.
“By partnering with trusted brands like Kidsoft and QikKids for example, we are able to build our community of users significantly through simple integrations that streamline processes for service managers and owners alike.”
“We are proud of what we have achieved over the years and are very much looking forward to the next chapter of growth under our new brand and the tremendous opportunities it will bring to our customers.”
