Paid flights and accommodation for weekends away – Reggio Emilia ELC’s Evolve program drives change in reward space
Early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centre has shared exclusive details of its staff reward program, known as Evolve Employee Rewards, a tiered recognition system of rewards and benefits available to all educators at its twelve campuses.
The Evolve program began as “a small gesture of thanks to our incredible staff” and has quickly evolved to an enviable offering which includes gym memberships, fifty per cent discounts for educators who have children attending the service, accommodation for weekends away, day spa trips and more.
“A great employee is like a four leaf clover,” Group Managing Director, Nasser Benjamin said, “hard to find and lucky to have. We are continually searching for ambitious educators who are committed to using their knowledge and experience to support their team and exceed the standard of early education in Australia.”
“As frontline workers,” he continued, “those educators can be forgotten about. We at Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centre make it our priority to make sure our Educator’s wellbeing is supported and nurtured.“
Evolve has been designed with the goal of accommodating each individual Educator, Mr Benjamin said. Under the Evolve Program, staff members may receive:
