Ento, the workforce management software specialists best known for their demand-driven, AI-led rostering solutions have recently launched a new vaccination tracking feature that enables approved providers and service managers to easily track vaccine rates and documentation for their workforce.

VaxTrack, which was launched in September 2021, has quickly been adopted as a useful and practical solution to increasing focus on vaccination compliance amidst a broader push across the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector towards mandatory vaccination regardless of state and territory rules.

“We are definitely seeing VaxTrack being embraced by the childcare sector, among others,” Ami Price-Gagnon, Chief Customer Officer said.

“As we have seen over the last few weeks, mandatory vaccination policies are becoming more widespread as the focus on health and safety continues to be prominent, especially for children, and for the workforce.”

“The simplicity of VaxTrack makes it usable, quickly. It’s easy to store and view the relevant documents as-needed, and no one needs to be trained because it’s intuitive.”

KidsCo joins ranks of early adopters with VaxTrack feature now live

Approved provider KidsCo has become an early adopter of the VaxTrack feature, having implemented the Ento workforce management platform to streamline rostering and payroll while managing and adhering to compliance requirements.

“Legislation and compliance is very important within the child care sector, and having Ento’s platform in place offers us more superior capabilities than systems we’ve previously used and provides us with reassurance that we are always complying with ratio requirements correctly.” Adrian Rokman, CEO and founder said.

“Having implemented Ento, we are also able to keep on top of requirements around staff vaccine status, via the VaxTrack feature. Children are at the forefront of everything we do and with such a transmissible virus, having this feature available is very important.”

“We have been pleased with how easy the system is to use and, like our ratio compliance obligations being met; that we are ensuring the broader health and wellbeing of our workforce via VaxTrack.”

Ento remains focused on innovating to support ECEC community

After the success of the VaxTrack launch Ento continues to look for opportunities to enhance their existing workforce and productivity management platform to support the ECEC community wherever possible.

“VaxTrack is a feature that we are particularly proud of because it underlines precisely how we see our role in workforce management: enabling efficiency and innovating in response to market needs,” Ms Price-Gagnon said.

Ento’s workplace management platform currently integrates with a range of other systems including both Xplor and Xero which enables their community of users to access Ento’s next generation rostering tools plus innovations like VaxTrack as part of a larger business management ecosystem.

“We are super excited about what the future holds from an innovation perspective and will continue to work closely with the ECEC community to find ways to help where we can.”
