About The Role
As Education and Quality Partner, you will play a key role in delivering the OAC Way – Our unique approach to early years learning. You'll work closely with our Operations, Quality and Education leadership teams to support our campuses in achieving excellence in pedagogy, practice and compliance.
This role is responsible for providing technical, professional and strategic support across our network, ensuring our curriculum, quality standards and educational practices align with the NQF requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support campuses in maintaining high quality education, practice and care through coaching and training
- Partner with Quality Assurance to comply with the National Quality Framework and related legislation
- Lead the Educational Leadership Framework with the Education leadership team, mentoring and guiding campus leadership teams
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement the OAC curriculum and pedagogy consistently across all campuses
- Develop and deliver training content
- Provide expert guidance on A&R processes, ensuring campuses are always A&R ready
- Stay up to date with sector best practices and regulatory changes and proactively share knowledge across teams
- Assist with new campus integrations, including practice setup, staff training, and policy implementation.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education from an ACECQA recognised university
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and experience in early childhood education leadership
- Expertise in National Quality Standards, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience delivering professional development and coaching to early childhood teams
- The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- A valid Australian drivers licence and access to a car (essential)
- The ability and willingness to travel to campuses across Victoria as part of your role
