Thrive Group Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a volunteer Board. We have been providing education and care for children from birth to 13 years for over 40 years. We offer families a wide range of care options throughout Tasmania including Family Day Care, Early Learning and Care and Outside School Hours Care.

Imagine working with us
Work on Tasmania's rugged West Coast in this 25-place Early Learning Service. Located in the historic mining town of Queenstown, lead an enthusiastic and experienced team to deliver play-based learning to the children in the local community and the surrounding smaller communities. Queenstown is one of the trial sites for the Tasmanian governments universal access for three year old programs. This position will include experience working with the Tasmanian Government program, with Support from Thrive, to address Early Learning issues across the surrounding communities as part of a government program.
