About the Role:

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Your role will involve leading and inspiring a team of passionate educators, driving a positive and collaborative culture, and building strong relationships with families and the community. You’ll manage accounts, rosters, occupancy growth, and maintain a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for both staff and children.

What You’ll Need:
  • ACECQA Approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Centre Manager role within early learning services
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, rosters, and a positive team culture
  • A deep understanding of early childhood education frameworks and state regulations
  • Valid Working with Children Check and Child Protection certification
  • First Aid and CPR certifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Strong administrative and leadership skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
