Reporting to our Family Care Manager, we're looking for an Enrolments Coordinator who purely enjoys data entry to assist in onboarding our families! 

You will be joining a team that truly cares about each other and the work they do to support our Centres and the children that attend every day.

This is predominantly a Data Entry role, that consists of:

• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant onboarding documentation for families
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Setting up Direct Debits details
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data

It may also include:

• Providing general support across the team in answering queries and calls
• Assisting with ad-hoc Operations projects and initiatives 
• Adhoc administration as it arises.

You will:

• Have a high attention to detail
• Have a high degree of data accuracy and speed
• Be compliance focused
• Be goal and outcomes focused

In addition, you might have, but not essential:

• Experience with a CRM tool
• Experience with CCS Systems (Preferably QikKids)
• A State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card or Safety Screening
• A valid Police check (within the past 6 months).
