Are you a visionary IT leader with a strong track record in shaping and executing technology strategies? Affinity Education Group (AEG) is seeking a dynamic Head of Technology to lead our digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.

About the Role:
As the Head of Technology, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and delivering on a strategic technical roadmap for AEG, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. Your mission will be to embed a market-leading approach to planning, designing, and running technology operations that offer a simple, agile, and cost-effective user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AEG’s strategic technical roadmap to align with business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of best-in-class technology solutions through effective vendor management and partnerships.
  • Lead the execution of technology strategies across platforms, ensuring consistent and reliable IT service delivery.
  • Manage technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Identify key technology requirements and address gaps to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, evaluating and implementing innovative technologies that drive efficiency.
  • Continuously review and optimize processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the internal IT support team and project technology teams.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, results-driven culture within the technology function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6+ years of management experience in an IT environment, with at least 2 years in a dispersed network.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex technology strategies at a senior level.
  • Strong track record in vendor management and optimizing third-party provider relationships.
  • Extensive experience in project and change management, with the ability to drive business transformation.
