Childcare Jobs - Support office, Full Time - Brisbane QLD, Australia

As a Brand Specialist you will help to create brand strategies that improve our reputation and visibility, helping to brand campaigns are consistent, attractive, and effective.

The role:

You will be responsible for:-

• Developing brand strategies for the company and campaigns for individual products
• Working with our acquisition centres on their rebranding
• Performing research and analysing market data to find ways to grow their audience
• Gathering customer feedback and data to improve branding
• Identifying centres that need better branding
• Overseeing the staff implementing their strategies
• Reviewing and adjusting branding strategies as needed
• Meeting with marketing, advertising and creative departments to make sure content and goals are consistent
• Improving the customer's experience
• Managing content and information sharing between departments
• Giving direction for product packaging, web design, marketing copy, logos, advertisements and visuals

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a comparable work environment. 
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, marketing and/or communications. 
• Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation. 
• Experience planning and implementing/evaluating project activities. 
• Experience producing quality, accurate work to strict deadlines. 
• Experience working with culturally/linguistically diverse groups. 
• Experience managing a budget desirable
• Project management or coordination experience desirable.  
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
