Meet the team: Why LineLeaders’ CRM solution tops ECEC providers’ wishlists

LineLeader, Australia’s leading early childhood education and care (ECEC) customer relationship management (CRM) software provider, has retained its leading position as the CRM of choice for early learning organisations seeking to stay ahead of the competition since its launch well over a decade ago.

The ongoing success stems not only from a strong solution-based offering and a proven track record of innovation, but also from the deliberate decision to build a team that doesn’t just understand ECEC, it lives and breathes it.

“We’ve worked very hard to develop the human side of LineLeader and I am very proud of our team here in Australia for all they have achieved and brought to our company,” Brett Neller CEO said.

“Culture has become a key battleground in today’s business landscape. Without strong, customer centric team members that are able to stand in the shoes of their user community it is very difficult to build credibility in the marketplace.”

“Here at LineLeader we have been very fortunate to really excel in this area with our Australian based team, led by Selene, absolutely hitting the mark with our customers and providing a differentiated experience that explains why we are still the best CRM solution for ECEC providers.”

Selene Di Prisco – A profile in professionalism

Selene joined LineLeader four years ago after an extended period working at one of Australia’s care providers with over 200 early learning centres nationwide.

With deep experience in the parent sales journey and a passion for customer outcomes, Selene is an invaluable asset to LineLeader but also to her broader community.

“Working in early childhood education and care is a deeply fulfilling vocation because it’s a sector that is shaping the future. I love knowing that the work I do supports the people who are helping children thrive in their most formative years. It’s a sector filled with passion, purpose, and heart, and that’s what makes it so special to be a part of,” Selene said.

Mitchell Loft – From educator to implementation specialist

Alongside Selene is Mitchell, a qualified ECEC educator who worked on the floor with children, and fellow educators, for more than 15 years before transitioning into platform support.

This lived experience gives Mitchell a unique advantage when crafting CRM solutions and supporting approved providers to implement their new CRM systems to maximise outcomes.

“I love working in ECEC because of the impact I could have on young lives,” From school environments to long day care, my role was always very hands-on with children. My passion for education and teaching has always been my number one motivator, whether I was working with a whole class, a small group or one-on-one,” Mitchell said.

Kasey Todd – An advocate by name and nature

Rounding out the LineLeader’s team is Kasey Todd, a customer operations advocate who has personified advocacy across a long career that began with providing one-on-one support services to families of children with disabilities.

Today, she supports and advocates for LineLeader’s Australian user base through active engagement that ensures customised CRM solutions are achieving their enquiry and conversion goals.

“There is so much to love about working in the early childhood education and care sector. I’ve had the opportunity to experience it from several different perspectives, but my motivation has remained the same throughout. Supporting children’s curiosity, development, and growth is not only deeply rewarding, it’s one of the greatest privileges I’ve ever known,” Kasey said.

Lineleader’s team truly differentiates an offer that remains the top pick for ECEC

Building culture and commitment is one of the hardest tasks for any business operating in the early learning sector, but LineLeader has proven extremely successful at this foundational endeavour.

“Selene, Mitchell and Kasey are all incredible professionals who have brought to life LineLeader’s values in uniquely impressive ways that ripple out across our customers and beyond,” Mr Neller said.

“We’re extremely proud of them, and as we move into the heart of 2025 we are excited for their continued participation as part of our company’s offer. The team will always remain an essential part of our user communities endeavours to compete in what will likely remain a very competitive ECEC landscape.”
