Chantelle Hoare named as new CFO for C&K

Chantelle Hoare has been named as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for well known approved early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider C&K.
Ms Hoare replaces Mark Stones who has decided to return to the UK after almost 11 years in the role.
An established professional with previous experience in the CFO role at LifeFlight Australia and as Financial Strategy & Performance Manager at KPMG, Ms Hoare has over 15 years of experience to leverage in supporting C&K with the ongoing financial sustainability of the services it provides.
C&K, CEO Dr Sandra Cheeseman said, is ‘thrilled’ with the appointment, welcoming Ms Hoare to the team.
“Chantelle’s extensive experience in financial leadership, along with her passion for community service, makes her an invaluable addition to the C&K Executive Management Group,” Dr Cheeseman said.
“(Her) passion for the community sector is evident through her involvement with independent public school committees and governance roles.”
In response Ms Hoare said joining C&K was ‘an honour’, and that she looks forward to being part of an organisation that plays such a critical role in shaping young lives.
“My experience in leading financial strategies, coupled with a deep commitment to not-for-profit early childhood education, will guide my approach as we navigate future opportunities and challenges,” she said.
