Big Fat Smile welcomes Kellie Grose as Executive Lead, Children’s Services

Illawarra based early learning provider Big Fat Smile has appointed Kellie Grose as the Group’s new Executive Lead, Children’s Services.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have Kellie join our team at Big Fat Smile,” Kim Bertino, CEO said.
“This role is pivotal in helping lead our teaching teams across our approved services and to maintain our high-quality education and care services; we currently have one of the highest NQS results across our long day care and preschool services in the country and our commitment to quality remains absolutely steadfast.”
Ms Grose, a seasoned early learning professional, has been involved in the sector for over thirty years in a range of different roles including as an area manager at KU Children’s Services and business development and quality assurance positions at both State and Federal Government.
More recently, Ms Grose was the Head of Early Education at the University of Wollongong’s pioneering Kids’ Uni overseeing the management and operation of its four Exceeding rated services.
“I am absolutely delighted to be starting this new position at Big Fat Smile,” Ms Grose said.

Big Fat Smile, founded in 1981, is a not for profit provider of early childhood education and care services across long day care, preschool and outside school hours care settings in thirty eight locations throughout the Illawarra in New South Wales.
