Renee Bowman announced as new Nido Early School CEO

Renee Bowman, former CEO of Junior Adventures Group UK and YMCA Whittlesea has been named as the new CEO of Nido Early School, effective 8 May 2023.
Described as a dynamic and inspirational leader, Ms Bowman has previously held several high-profile CEO, senior executive and director roles, and brings significant experience across strategy, transformation, operational management and governance to Nido Early Schools across Australia.
Her work has seen her excel in public, private, not-for-profit and private equity on the international stage, with proven experience in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Continental Europe.
Ms Bowman has a breadth of experience across a wide range of industries, including fitness and leisure, healthcare, children’s and community services, food, pharmaceuticals, retail, beauty, and hospitality and tourism. Nido representatives describe Ms Bowman as “a shining example of the power of creative discovery” and as an individual who thrives on change, growth, challenge and innovation.
During her term, Ms Bowman will support and coach the broader Nido Early School team to ensure fulfillment of the company mission: ‘To create an environment where people feel happy and fulfilled in their roles, with our schools delivering quality education that meets or exceeds the National Quality Standard in the Nido way’.
Her direct reports include the CFO, CTO, Chief of Staff, Operations Director, New Service Director, Education and Quality Director, Director of People, and Marketing Director.
