ChildcareCRM confirms launch of new CRM product for smaller operators
ChildcareCRM, the leading early childhood education and care lead management software platform provider, has confirmed that it will be launching a new product that has been specifically designed in response to feedback from smaller operators looking for a streamlined, intuitive CRM system that meets their needs.
The product, which will be a lighter version of ChildcareCRM’s sector leading CRM solution, is set to launch later this month and will feature a new simplified user interface, updated features and streamlined dashboards.
Commenting on the upcoming launch Matt Amoia, CEO of ChildcareCRM said “We are incredibly proud to be launching this new product. It demonstrates that we are not just an organisation that listens to our customers but also one that is able to innovate in a quick and effective way to meet their needs.”
The new version will leverage off ChildcareCRM’s existing platform experience but include the following key features:
- A single tab to manage tasks and schedule meetings making it even easier to ensure all leads are being processed effectively
- Updated marketing templates with a new intuitive drag & drop interface that provides managers with a more intuitive way to create and send campaigns to families
- A new two way messaging system for parent communications that creates a direct link between new families and the centre
- Revamped and improved centre performance dashboards enabling managers to monitor lead management performance more easily and clearly.
“Our new lighter version of our existing CRM solution really is a pioneering product as it is the first CRM system in the ECEC sector to focus entirely on smaller operator’s needs. As the largest lead acquisition software provider in the ECEC sector we are in a strong position to capture all of our cumulative experience and expertise to create a specialised product like this.” Mr Amoia said.
“We feel confident that smaller operators will find the new product not just easy to use but very effective at optimising their lead management and the performance of their services.”
