Nominations for the 2025 Victorian Training Awards are now open

Nominations for the 2025 Victorian Training Awards are now open, offering early childhood education and care (ECEC) and other spheres of the community the opportunity to recognise the hardworking contributions of individuals, businesses and training providers in Victoria’s vocational education and skills landscape.
2025 marks 71 years of the prestigious Victorian Training Awards, with several different categories available to recognise:
- students
- apprentices
- trainees
- teachers and
- organisations
who contribute to Victoria’s TAFE and training sector.
In 2025 there are 14 categories, as well as a special individual award for Outstanding Achievement in the TAFE and Skills Sector Award.
A world of opportunities can open up for finalists and winners of the Victorian Training Awards. Including:
- networking
- professional development
- employment prospects
- and the chance to mentor—and be mentored by—the best of the best in Victoria’s vocational education and training sector.
Nominations are actively encouraged from those who are :
- a rising star in the skills and training sector or
- those who know someone who is excelling
- training organisations
- those who know a valued teacher/trainer who has gone above and beyond to support someone in their training journey.
