AERO calls for support for 2025 ECEC Learning Partner project
The Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO) is looking for early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to participate in its 2025 Learning Partner project.
The project focuses on enhancing the implementation of the evidence-based practice of assessment for learning, supported by AERO’s early childhood learning trajectories.
Learning partners will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and enhance skills in assessment for learning through structured implementation strategies. They will also receive guidance from an AERO consultant and participate in virtual professional learning sessions.
To assist ECEC professionals to participate and be fully present in the opportunity, AERO will also provide funding support for backfilling of staff during project activities.
Aside from the rich learning opportunities on offer, becoming a learning partner is a great opportunity to connect with peers in networking opportunities, exchange ideas and experiences, and contribute to a broader understanding of evidence-based practices in the sector.
“It was a pleasure for us to be part of the Learning Partner Project, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to deepen our understanding and practice of assessment for learning,” previous participant and Educational Leader Ling shared.
“The learning trajectories have been an invaluable tool for our team, and we have already observed positive results in our approach to supporting children’s learning.”
