KU ANTSO Children’s Centre in Lucas Heights, New South Wales, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with a community event.
The special event was attended by children, families and staff from the service, as well as KU Children’s Services CEO Christine Legg, ANSTO CEO Shaun Jenkinson, and members of the KU Board and ANSTO Executive Team.
“We’re thrilled to celebrate the 10th anniversary of KU ANSTO Children’s Centre, and we appreciate our partnership and the ongoing support of ANSTO,” Ms Legg said.
“It’s a significant milestone that underscores our unwavering dedication to providing high quality early childhood education and care, enriching the lives of children and families in the community.”
The celebrations included a Welcome to Country, followed by speeches acknowledging the service and its community, and concluded with an afternoon tea.
“It was a joyous celebration bringing together our community to commemorate a decade of fostering development and education at KU ANSTO,” KU ANSTO Director, Amanda Ford said.
“As we mark this milestone, we reflect on the journey of growth and achievement, and look forward to continuing to support our families and community with excellence in the years to come.”
