Phil McKenzie appointed CEO of Busy Bees Early Learning Australia

Phil McKenzie who was appointed as the new CEO of Busy Bees Early Learning Australia commenced his duties at Australia’s fifth largest long day care provider at the beginning of this month.
Mr McKenzie has a long history of leading businesses in Australia and overseas and joins Busy Bees Australia after spending nearly five years as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Newcastle headquartered multi-site dental services group, Pacific Smiles.
Prior to working at Pacific Smiles, Mr McKenzie spent two years in the United States leading AMG, an audiology support and services company, and five years in Australia leading Danish hearing aid manufacturer Widex’s pan Asian and Australasian operations.
Mr McKenzie joins Busy Bees Australia at a time when the provider owns and operates an Australian network of around 106 centres, with a further 34 services owned but operated by Nido Early School.
