CCMS User Survey 2023 now live with a $1,500 prize pool up for grabs!

The Sector has launched its biannual Childcare Management System (CCMS) User Survey along with a prize pool of $1,500 to encourage and incentivise users of CCMS platforms across the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector to have their say.

 

The survey takes about 20 seconds to complete and asks respondents a series of simple questions around key aspects of their experience of their CCMS system such as reliability, ease of use, innovation, customer service and range of features. 

 

A high level (and totally anonymous) summary of the survey results will be included in the upcoming CCMS Comprehensive Guide, the only such independent resource available for approved providers looking to explore and research the CCMS space in detail. 

 

“It is very exciting to be in a position to launch the second edition of our CCMS User Survey,” Jason Roberts, Sector Publishing CEO said. 

 

“Last time around we received responses from well over 1,000 ECEC professionals, and for the first time we were able to get a sense of what the broader ECEC community felt about their CCMS systems.”

 

The feedback gathered not only supported approved providers and individuals looking to learn more about the CCMS providers on offer but also provided rich feedback for the CCMS providers themselves to absorb and act upon as they strive to continuously improve and evolve their service offerings. 

 

“We are also pleased to offer another substantial prize pool of $1,500 which will be split across five lucky respondents one week after the survey closes,” Mr Roberts added. 

 

“We hope to gather as many responses as possible, and thank all respondents for their time in advance.”

No, anybody who uses a CCMS system is invited to participate. 

 

Will I automatically be included in the $1,500 prize draw?

 

Absolutely yes, with the draw to take place on 27 June 2023

 

What will my responses be used for?

 

A summarised version of all the responses will appear as part of our A Comprehensive Guide to CCMS report that supports ECEC leaders in researching which is the most appropriate platform for them. 

 

Will my name appear in the final report?

 

Definitely not. No personal details will be included in the final report. 

 

Will you share my responses with my CCMS provider?

 

No, we will not. Your responses will be managed as per our privacy and data protection policies with absolutely no information being passed on to 3rd parties.
