Green Leaves Launceston celebrates Exceeding rating at first A&R
The team at Green Leaves Early Learning Launceston is celebrating, having recently been awarded the Exceeding rating in all seven quality areas at their first National Quality Standard (NQS) rating and assessment.
“Our centre is so special because of the amazing professional team who go above and beyond in all that they do,” said Director Zara Phillips.
“It has been incredible to be a part of a brains trust that is focused on continuous improvement, and I’m so thrilled and proud that the team has been recognised for all the amazing things that they do every day.”
Green Leaves Launceston were noticed for their continual efforts to increase their knowledge and understanding of theoretical perspectives, demonstrate an ongoing commitment to health and safety, provide an inclusive and supportive physical environment in consultation with the needs of families, engage in professional development to stay up to date on sector knowledge and nurture partnerships with families and local communities.
