Xplor confirms G8 Education has renewed partnership for another 3 years
Leading childcare and early learning software provider Xplor has confirmed that G8 Education will renew its partnership with Xplor in a deal that will see the software provider continue to provide its full suite of products to G8’s network of over 470 services for a further three years.
Commenting on the news Xplor CEO Mark Woodland said “G8 Education has trusted us to deliver software that makes it simple for administrators to run their business, and help their educators do what they love, delivering high quality education to children.”
“We couldn’t be more proud to help them to do so, and look forward to continuously evolving our software to meet the needs of G8 Education, and all of our clients.”
The announcement marks the end of a three year journey for both companies which began in 2018 when G8 switched to using Xplor’s cloud based Office app and soon after rolled out their educator focussed app Playground.
Earlier this year G8 also implemented Home, Xplor’s parent facing app that amongst other things gives parents a helping hand with bookings, photos and videos, paying statements, and key health information about their children across its network and more recently migrated all of its centres to their newly launched centre listing platform Space.
Commenting Gary Carroll, CEO of G8 Education said that when considering the move to Xplor they “looked at a number of software providers, but ultimately Xplor was the only one we felt that matched our needs for a truly all-in-one solution.”
“With past vendors, we struggled with multiple programs that didn’t talk to each other, and couldn’t provide a single real-time view of data across the centres. Now our teams can use Xplor to add information into Office, and know that this information is available to their families via the Playground app right away.”
“That kind of time-saving is something no one else could offer, and it is delivering real value to our childcare centres and the families we serve every day.”
Confirmation of the renewal marks a significant milestone in Xplor’s relationship with G8 Education and paves the way for the two organisations to continue to work together to optimise the providers operations and create a seamless all in one experience for all stakeholders.
“We are committed to becoming the leading provider of quality early childhood education and care in Australia,” Mr Carroll said, “and Xplor’s shared passion for improving the quality of early education and innovative software makes them the perfect partner to help us with this ambition. We’re excited to be continuing our partnership into the future.”
