Refund and return policy
If you cancel: By subscribing to a service published by Sector Publishing you may unsubscribe at any time during the subscription by notifying Sector Publishing at [email protected] detailing your name, order number, item to be refunded and the reason for the refund. The request will be actioned within 5 working days (‘refund date’). You will receive a full or partial refund based on the proportion of your service or reports still remaining on your subscription after the refund date.
If we cancel: If we cease to publish a report you have paid us to subscribe to, we will provide you with a full or partial refund based on the proportion of your service or reports still remaining on your subscription after the date we ceased publishing them.
Refunds will be paid to the credit card used to purchase the original order.
Delivery policy
When subscribing to services published by Sector Publishing, the first publication or report will start with the next issue to be sent unless otherwise specified, and may therefore take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your contact details.
Intellectual property rights
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights of the information and material available via our website belongs to Sector Publishing. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. No content may be reproduced or published without the prior written consent of Sector Publishing or in accordance with these Terms.
