Highgate Early Learning Centre is a medium sized not-for-profit long day care and Kindergarten. Run by a Committee of Management formed by parents.
Highgate has just completed Assessment and Rating, achieving exceeding in all 7 areas of the NQS for the third time in a row.
Our Centre motto is \”where the community spirit shines\” which we strive to achieve in every way. Rooms regularly engage in outings, nature play and excursions, in addition to the other connections we foster with members of our community.
In conjunction with our educators the Centre recently developed its own Enterprise Agreement, ensuring our team have the best conditions and are appropriately remunerated for their hard work. Educators benefit from monthly RDO\’s and additional days of leave, as well as PD and opportunities to trail new and exciting projects.
