The Leading Edge.
In 2020 we launched “Leading Edge”, a Leadership Program tailored to our Centre Directors. It focuses on connecting regularly to share knowledge and empower each Director to maintain innovation, strength, and leadership within their individual teams.
Each year, our Centre Directors come together for a weekend to connect and feel refreshed while gaining invaluable knowledge through inspiring workshops and motivational speakers.
Centre Directors continue to catch up virtually, once a week, to discuss their chosen topics and support each other in the implementation of new ideas for continuous improvement.
