Coastal Kids Care Incorporated is a Not-for-Profit operated Centre with a vision and mission to always act in the best interest of the children, promote high-quality early education and build local community partnerships.  Our Service is currently licenced for 48 children.

About the role

We are looking for Diploma Qualified and Cert 3 Educators, to join our friendly team.

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic  candidates with a passion for early education .

Skills and experience

Essential:

Early Childhood Education / Teaching or ACEQA approved equivalent

• Thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards and observation cycle as per the EYLF
• A good grasp on applying early childhood developmental theories to assess children’s learning
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate behaviour guidance for children 0 to 5 years old
• Kind, nurturing and caring personality with oodles of enthusiasm to do what is best for the children
• Committed to continuous professional development

Desirable:

• Formal training or experience,but not essential
