ANROWS is back for 2025 with a new webinar focusing on working with the knowledge of experts by experience.
The Australian National Research Agenda to End Violence against Women and Children (ANRA) 2023–2028, highlights that partnering with lived experience experts is critical to good research.
The Australian National Research Agenda emphasises that people with lived experience have valuable expertise to contribute to all stages of research. Join Lula Dembele, Tess Moodie, Nina Storey and Ashlee Donohue, as they dive into:
• their research journey
• power dynamics and the perpetuation of power imbalances in research practice
• how we can improve our ways of working with the knowledge of experts by experience.
There will be a Q&A segment at the end of the webinar where attendees can ask the panellists questions. This webinar will be of interest to anyone involved or interested in research practices, including researchers, funders, practitioners, service providers and data custodians.
