This event unveils the latest advancements in research from the STePPS CRE, a leading-edge NHMRC-funded initiative. This national Centre of Research Excellence brings together a global collaboration of leading perinatal mental health experts dedicated to improving perinatal mental health outcomes for expecting and new parents within the crucial first 1,000 days.

Addressing a critical gap in support:

Perinatal mental health challenges are widespread, affecting up to 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers who experience perinatal depression or anxiety.
