STEM Hour: Connecting children with nature
STEM HOUR – Connecting children with nature
Children who spend more time in nature are happier, healthier, stronger, smarter, kinder and more social. Underpinned by uninterrupted play, nature play or bush kinder allows children to do what they do best – to run, climb trees, play in puddles, jump off rocks, balance on logs and explore – which has shown to reduce stress, improve behaviour and concentration and develop healthy learning dispositions.
This webinar will show you the great benefits to introducing bush kinder to your program and will discuss the challenges that may arise and how they can be managed.
