Restore, Refocus Replenish YOU – Teachers & Early Childhood Educators
To all the wonderful dedicated local Teachers,
It’s been a challenging few years, as a community we have endured bushfires, floods, COVID-19, home teaching, home learning, isolation, keeping households running and increased workloads.
We see and hear the demands placed on our teachers and parents, the lasting impacts of these challenging times on our body and mind and how when working in these ‘helping professions’ it’s easy to put the needs of others before your own.
As a way of giving back to our community we have developed the RESTORE, REFOCUS, REPLENISH YOU series, the program consists of 1 full day workshop, which will include body movement, conversation with colleagues, self-care tasks that help reduce stress, guided mindfulness and social connection.
This free workshop is designed to do exactly what the name says; RESTORE, REFOCUS & REPLENISH YOU. From the moment you step into our workshop, you can lighten your load and let us take care of you for the day. The day is catered, the content is nourishing, and the cherry on top of this well-being cake is a goodie bag of self-care-inspired goodness to take home and continue filling your cup as needed.
