Our 2-hour workshop “Ready, Set, Regulate: Supporting Children’s Emotional Development” will help to:
- understand what emotional regulation is
- build regulation support into everyday activities
- develop strategies for when children need extra help
This workshop is suitable for parents of children with big feelings and professionals/carers who work with those children.
