Promote Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cultural Safety
This workshop will involve looking at the cultural identity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and how we can create a culturally safe and inclusive work environment. The impact of historical events on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the issues they face today as a result will be acknowledged, with ways to address possible barriers to service participation.
