Portable LSL Regulations 2020 information session (Vic)

The Victorian Government has reviewed the current Long Service Benefits Portability Interim Regulations 2019 to ensure that they give enough clarity to employers and workers about the coverage and operational aspects of the portable long service benefits scheme.

 

The Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations 2020 will come into effect on 1 October 2020 replacing the Interim Regulations 2019.

 

This information sessions will cover the changes and how these affect employers and workers in the covered industries in general

 

The sessions will be delivered by our Research and Engagement team through Microsoft Teams, with a calendar invitation and link sent prior to the session.
