Topics include the roles and responsibilities of committee members, compliance obligations under the Education and Care Services National Law, understanding and applying the service’s constitution, and strategies for effective decision-making, financial oversight, and risk management. Participants will leave with greater clarity and confidence to support their service throughout the year.
