We invite you to be a part of an all singing all dancing extravaganza, celebrating quality Education and Care.
In an all singing all dancing extravaganza, dynamic dramaturgical early childhood thespians, Red and Louise present a splendiferous, spectacular, salubrious engagement with the NQF.
This musical invites participants to walk through the experiences of a coordinator and an educator covering areas such as – Assessment and rating, – The QIP, – Programming and planning, -Curriculum, – Inclusion, – Childrens rights, – Health and safety, – Management and leadership and – Professional identity.
It addresses the emotional, physical and intellectual issues commonly experienced in these processes. The musical takes each of these issues and offers a humorous expression of them to acknowledge how people feel, but then brings each issue around to a positive perspective that has been carefully scripted to make educators feel empowered, knowledgeable and courageous in their encounters with the NQF in their everyday practice.
