Sensitive conversations with families : This presentation will:
- explore a framework for having sensitive conversations about children’s development, health and wellbeing
- discuss strengths-based communication and why it is important
- share practical strategies to help educators confidently manage conversations
- provide opportunity to reflect on professional practice.
We will also be talking to a local educator about her experiences in having these conversations with families at her early childhood service.
