On Tuesday 23 February ARACY and UNICEF Australia briefed Parliament on our joint report Kids at the Crossroads: Evidence and Policy to help Mitigate the Effects of COVID-19.
The report distils the evidence contained in the monthly Australian Children and Young People’s Knowledge Acceleration Hub digests we have been publishing since May 2020 in order to inform decision-making and support the best possible COVID-19 response for children and young people.
The evidence from the Hub and the Kids at the Crossroads report has been used to inform ARACY’s Pre-Budget Submission.
In this webinar Nicole Breeze, Director of Australian Programs UNICEF Australia, and Penny Dakin, CEO of ARACY, will discuss not only the importance of the evidence and the policy suggestions in Kids at The Crossroads, but also the important work we can all do in convincing the Government to fund the policy proposals in the coming and subsequent Budgets.
