• Understand more about the aspects of effective educational leadership within children’s education and care,• Reflect on their own leadership capacity and identify strategies to strengthen practice,• Discuss the challenge and possibilities of leading teams of people towards enhanced educational practice,• Work collaboratively with others to build leadership networks.Each session will provide in-depth content, discussion and further opportunities for reflection to support practitioners to understand and enact the role of educational leader.Recordings of each session will be available on request for a period of one week after the session occurs. This series is designed to be interactive and therefore intending to simply watch recordings will not be suitable. Access to recordings will only be provided to registered participants who were unable to access a session due to a conflicting commitment or illness.
