Excellence in Early Childhood Education Awards
As we emerge from COVID-19, this years Early Childhood Education Week will be held from the 14th – 18th June 2021 with this year’s overall theme being ‘Amazing todays and tomorrows’. The role that educators play in stimulating the children of Australia inspires and enables them today and all their tomorrows.
It recognises the importance of children’s communication, self-esteem, sportsmanship, senses, creativity, view of our country and saving their world with environmental initiatives.
Your long daycare service and your educators are invited to be part of this week by presenting a series of activities to showcase and acknowledge the benefits that early learning servicers provide to their children, local communities and their families.
Services and educators can also be acknowledged for their participation by submitting their nomination(s) for an award(s) in one or more of the 28 categories. The awards categories include awards for activities during the week as well as since 1 January 2020 to date. There are also Excellence awards for annual programs and activities, and awards for individuals and teams.
