Dust off your QIP

‘Continuous improvement’ is a key requirement of the National Quality Framework that ensures services are focused on best practice that is monitored and maintained. This interactive session will discuss the importance of maintaining a Quality Improvement Plan and provide practical strategies to unpack each component of the QIP. After attending this workshop attendees will be ready to ‘dust off their QIP’ – using it as a tool to: Support ongoing assessment to reach goals, communicate the service philosophy and vision, involve all voices from the service community – educators, children and families, reflect on practice and determine where to focus energies, and capture and celebrate the strengths of the service.
