Do you have a class of children with such differing needs? Do you really want to do more for each child so that they feel safe, supported and experience success in your classroom?

You are certainly not the only one. We speak to teachers, both new and experienced educators who feel disheartened that there are children in their class who really struggle to access the learning opportunities in the room.

This really does not need to be you.

We know what it feels like to be completely overwhelmed with increasing workloads and a wider range of learning needs in the classroom. We worried about how we could provide engaging learning for all the children, while balancing our workload. We have learned from our further study and varied experiences, effective strategies and techniques that will enhance the learning for all your class. We want to share with you our wealth of knowledge to support you in securing success in your setting.

In this workshop you will:

-Review the domains of development and the impact on the Early Childhood setting and curriculum

-Understand the requirements of relevant legislation including the Disability Act and the Education Act in relation to children with additional learning needs

-Develop an understanding of appropriate differentiation in the Early Childhood setting that promotes well being and inclusion

-Explore a range of strategies across all learning areas in the Early Childhood Setting

-Design a range of activities, using new knowledge that support your current learning program

-Appraise a range of ways progress of individual children can be recorded to celebrate success.
