This session covers:

 

  • Information relating to the roles and responsibilities of an Approved Provider,
  • An introduction to the NQF and the regulatory responsibilities for Approved Providers under the National law and regulations,
  • The relationship to QA7 and reference to real life examples of what good practice looks like.

 

Q&A will provide the opportunity for participants to engage with each other and the subject expert.

 

During this session, participants will be introduced to a tool which helps inform of any skill gaps and areas where they need to grow their knowledge. The tool will also provide tips on how to best utilise resources so as knowledge is shared across people in positions of responsibility such as individual Approved Providers, boards, committees and leadership teams.

 

Following the initial 90 minute livestream session:

 

Participants will be directed to login to the “Governance and Compliance Portal”. This online portal will contain recorded learning modules, relevant resources and tools to support skill gaps, creating your own Approved Provider Portfolio.
