2019 LOOKOUT Conference
School leaders, teachers, education support and early childhood staff are invited to register for a free conference for educators and other professionals who support children and young people in out-of-home care.

The 2019 LOOKOUT Conference will be held on Monday 2 September 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The conference acknowledges and supports the work of early childhood, primary and secondary educators working with children and young people in out-of-home care. It will be structured around a series of keynote presentations and interactive workshops designed to help deepen understanding of the unique characteristics and individual learning differences that can influence performance, engagement and achievement of these learners.
Participants will hear from a range of Australian expert practitioners including Prof. Pamela Snow, Dr Sara McLean and Dr Judy Howard, and to engage with education leaders and colleagues who have developed and embedded successful and effective practices in this area.
All sessions will focus on high expectations for the learner and developing appropriate levels of support that are tailored to their individual learning needs.
